Chamo-me Luca Arguelles, sou Pasteleiro e Consultor Internacional, com 25 anos de experiência a viajar, criar e transformar projetos de pastelaria um pouco por todo o mundo. Já trabalhei com marcas de luxo, resorts de sonho, restaurantes com estrela Michelin e equipas incríveis que me ajudaram a crescer a cada etapa. Mas a minha história começa muito antes disso…

Nasci no meio de sabores e tradições, cresci a observar, a testar, a falhar e a tentar outra vez. Aprendi que a pastelaria não é só técnica — é sensibilidade, é cultura, é memória, é futuro. E foi esse caminho que me trouxe até aqui.

Este blog nasce da vontade de partilhar. Partilhar aquilo que não cabe num post de Instagram ou num vídeo de 30 segundos. Partilhar conhecimento, experiências, técnicas, erros, ideias, dicas e até bastidores. Quero que este espaço seja um ponto de encontro para quem, como eu, vive intensamente o mundo da gastronomia — seja profissional ou apaixonado curioso.

My name is Luca Arguelles, I’m a Pastry Chef and International Consultant with over 20 years of experience traveling, creating, and transforming pastry projects across the globe. I’ve worked with luxury brands, dreamlike resorts, Michelin-starred restaurants, and incredible teams who helped me grow every step of the way. But my story began long before all that…

I was born surrounded by flavors and traditions, growing up watching, experimenting, failing, and trying again. I learned that pastry is not just technique — it’s sensitivity, culture, memory, and future. And that journey is what brought me here.

This blog was born out of a desire to share. To share what doesn’t fit in an Instagram post or a 30-second video. To share knowledge, experiences, techniques, mistakes, ideas, tips, and even behind-the-scenes moments. I want this space to be a meeting point for everyone who, like me, lives and breathes the world of gastronomy — whether you're a professional or a passionate foodie.
